2024 Indoor: Medaled in two events at NSIC Indoor Championships...earned All-NSIC honors with third place finish in weight throw, a career-best 57' 7.5"...also placed seventh in the shot put at 42' 0.75"...took first place in weight throw at SDSU Last Chance Invite with mark of 56' 8.5"...had career-best throw of 43' 9.75" in shot put to place third at Concordia Invite (2/9/24)...took second in the weight throw (54' 5.5") and third in shot put (41' 3") at Polar Dog Invite (1/19/24)...received NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors.

2023 Indoor: Competed in one meet, throwing 43' 7" in the weight throw and 124' 3" in the discus at SDSU Holiday Open (12/3/22).
High School: Graduate of Gibbon-Fairfax-Winthrop High School in Minnesota...five year starter in track and field...also started two years in basketball and volleyball...placed third in Class A State Track Meet in discus at 129' 11" and was 10th in shot put (35' 9 1/4") during senior season...finished fifth in discus at 2021 State Track Meet...was Tomahawk Conference champion iin shot put and discus as a junior...earned Academic All-Conference and Academic All-State honors in all three sports.
