2025 Outdoor: Ran season-best times in 100 and 400-meter hurdles at NSIC Outdoor Championships in Duluth, Minnesota...was 11th in 400-meter hurdles (1:04.79) and 14th in 100-hurdles in 14.69 seconds...also ran leg on 11th-place 4 x 100-meter relay team (48.73 seconds)...took first in the 100-hurdles at the Wildcat Outdoor Classic (3/28/25) in 14.94 seconds...placed third in 100-hurdles at Mount Marty Twilight Meet (4/23/25) in 14.76 seconds...finished second in 400-hurdles (1:05.99) and third in 100 hurdles (15.33) at Loper Invite (4/19/25)...ran the 200-meter dash at Sioux City Relays (4/11/25) and finished fourth in 26.23 seconds. 2025 Indoor: Posted second place finish in 60-meter hurdles at WSC Wildcat Open (2/8/25) in 9.10 seconds...placed fifth in 200-meter dash at SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/21/25) with a time of 26.32...had fourth-place finish in 400-meter dash (1:04.20) and was sixth in the 60-meter hurdles (9.50) at Mount Marty Invite (1/18/25)...ran leg on the 11th place 4 x 400-relay team at NSIC Indoor Championships and was qualifier in 60-meter hurdles.
High School:Â Graduate of Algona Bishop Garrigan High School in Iowa...qualified in four events as a senior at Iowa Class 1A State Track Meet...placed seventh in 100 meter hurdles (16.73) and ran leg on seventh place 800 sprint medley relay team...also qualified in 100-meter dash (14th-12.83) and 200-meter dash (9th-26.41)...as a junior in 2023 qualified in 100-meter hurdles (11th-16.15) and ran legs on three relay teams that each medaled...also qualified for state track in 400 hurdles as a sophomore.
