2019 Outdoor: Had season-best throw of 158' 10'' to place eighth in hammer throw at UNK Loper Invite (4/14/19)...recorded season-best mark of 41' 4 1/4'' to place sixth in the shot put at Mount Marty Invite (4/24/19)...took 17th in the hammer throw (147' 2'') and 23rd in the shot put (38' 3 1/4'') at NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/10-11/19)...named to the NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.
2019 Indoor: Posted season-best mark of 49' 5 1/2'' in the weight throw to place 21st at NSIC Indoor Championships (2/22/19)...had season-best shot put throw of 40' 10 1/2'' to place 13th at Minnesota State Open (1/26/19)...finished 21st in shot put NSIC Indoor Championships with mark of 39' 10''...selected to NSIC Winter All-Academic Team.
2018 Outdoor: Participated in hammer throw and shot put during the outdoor season...had season-best mark of 134' 4" in hammer throw at Jim Dutcher Memorial (4/22/18)...was 11th in the shot put at the Nebraska Invitational (5/5/18) with season-best mark of 39' 3 1/4".
2018 Indoor: Competed in the shot put and weight throw at six indoor meets...finished 18th in the shot put at the NSIC Indoor Championships with mark of 38' 9 1/2"...top shot put mark was 40' 1/2" at Nebraska Tune-Up (2/16/18)...season best mark in weight throw was 42' 9 1/2" at SDSU Division II Invitational (1/19/18).
High School: Graduate of Tekamah-Herman High School...was a multi-sport standout in basketball and track and field...Class C state qualifier as a junior and senior in the shot put and discus...placed seventh in the discus as a senior (114' 7") and 16th in shot put (35' 10")...was 10
