2025 Outdoor:  Ran distance events at four meets...placed fourth in 1,500-meter run at Loper Invite (4/19/25) with career-best time of 5:13.18...was eighth in 1,500-meter run (5:17.76) at Wildcat Outdoor Classic (3/28/25)...ran season-best time of 19:27.38 in 5,000-meter run at USD Early Bird Invite (4/5/25)...finished eighth in 5,000-meter run at USD Tune-Up Meet (5/3/25) at 20:06.36...earned NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors and received NSIC Myles Brand All-Academic With Distinction Award. 

2025 Indoor: Had season-high third place finish in 3,000 meter run at Mount Marty Invite (1/18/25) with time of 11:40.41...finished 22nd in the 5,000-meter run at the NSIC Indoor Championships at 19:42.90...took fifth in 3,000-meter run at WSC Wildcat Open (2/8/25) in time of 11:07.58 (career-best)...placed sixth in 3,000-meter run at Concordia Classic (1/25/25) at 11:09.58...received NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors.

2024 Outdoor:  Participated in three outdoor meets...captured first place in 5,000-meter run at South Dakota Invite (5/3/24) with time of 20:09.64...finished second in 5,000-meter run with career-best time of 19:55.89 at Dakota State Twilight (4/23/24)...ran 10,000-meters at Sioux City Relays (4/12/24) and finished 13th at 43:54.38.

2024 Indoor: Competed at four meets during indoor season...took first place in 3000-meter run at Concordia Invite (2/9/24) with time of 11:22.40...ran season-best time of 11:09.03 in 3000-meter run to finish sixth at SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/16/24)...placed 10th in 5000-meter run at Polar Dog Invite (1/19/24) in time of 20:19.20...finished fifth in 3000-meter run at Mark Schuck Open (1/27/24) at 11:29.90.

2023 Outdoor:  Did not compete.

High School:  Graduate of Thayer Central High School...four year starter in cross country and three in track and field...was a four-time state cross country qualifier...as a sophomore (2019) placed 10th in Class D with time of 20:34 to earn All-State honors...was also 19th as a freshman at state cross country...named MVP of cross country team...excels in classroom earning NSAA Academic All-State honors.
