What makes you the person you are today? The people I grew up with back home, my past and present teammates, my coaches, professors and my family. They have taught me to be dedicated, determined and competitive in everything I do.
Coach Disch's comments: Austen is in his fourth year with our program and comes to us from Torrington High School in Torrington, WY. This will be his fourth year in the pitching starting rotation. He earned All Region honors as a sophmore. He has the pitch ability and work ethic to pitch professionally in the future. Academically, he has above a 3.0 grade point average. Austen is the only senior on the Wildcat pitching staff and is the leader of that staff both on and off the field.
