What did you want to be when you grew up? Astronaut - always thought I was going to work for NASA
What super power would you like to possess? Super strength and being able to be taller when needed
Future career goals: Graduate from WSC and possibly find a probation officer job somewhere close to home
Most influential person in your life: My family - they have always pushed me and helped me through life
Most influential person in your athletic career: My dad - always pushing me athletically to do my best
What makes you the person you are today? My family and friends.  They keep me going everyday to do my best in everything that I do.  They are always there for me no matter what.
Coach Brink's comments: Carly has done a great job of making the adjustment from high school to college.  She has a great work ethic in the weight room as well as in the ring and is focused on being the best she can be.  I was very impressed with her last year as a freshman and she has stepped up her level of competitiveness and consistency in both the shot put and the weight throw.  I am excited to see what the future holds for rest of her career here at WSC.
