Wayne State College's Department of Intercollegiate Athletics announced today a multi-year agreement that will make Under Armour, Inc., the official and exclusive provider of apparel, footwear and uniforms for Wildcat Athletics beginning July 1, 2014.  The agreement includes a combination of marketing assets and support, product discounts, premium customer support and revenue generation opportunities for WSC athletics.
            "We spent a lot of time exploring various providers, involving our coaches and programs in the evaluation process," said Mike Powicki, Wayne State College Director of Athletics.  "We are extremely excited to be partnering with Under Armour and their vendor, The Graphic Edge.  The quality of Under Armour brand and products, in combination with the level of their service we will receive, made them the perfect choice for this partnership.  This type of partnership if forging new ground for Wayne State College Athletics and will be an integral part of strengthening the Wildcat Athletics brand."
