Wayne State College athletics has announced a partnership with Influxer that will provide Wildcat student athletes the opportunity to receive compensation for their name, image and likeness (NIL) by allowing fans to purchase personalized high-quality personalized merchandise.
"We know, even at the Division II level, our student-athletes desire the opportunity to explore different NIL opportunities," remarked WSC Director of Athletics
Mike Powicki. "We are excited to partner with Influxer to provide this platform for Wildcat student-athletes to explore this space and will continue to look for additional partnerships to support our student-athletes."
Influxer has partnered with over 400 college and universities throughout the country to create an opportunity for student-athletes to benefit from their personal brand with high-quality, customized gear.

"They see this as not simply a transactional opportunity but as an opportunity to develop long term skills for life."
Influxer will offer education and training for student-athletes in key areas such as marketing, entrepreneurship and personal branding. Sale through Influxer benefit both the individual student-athlete and the Athletics Department through a mutual licensing agreement.
