Jordyn Klein had two hits, two RBI and three runs scored to lead Wayne State softball past Edinboro (Pa.) 9-1 Sunday morning at the National Training Center Spring Games in Bartow, Florida. WSC improves to 16-3 with the win while Edinboro falls to 0-5.

Emilee Marth had an RBI single in the first inning to score Klein, who reached on an error, with the first run.
The 'Cats added three more runs in the second as Klein delivered a two-run double while
Leah Chance added an RBI single for a 4-0 lead.
After Edinboro scored its lone run of the game in the bottom of the second, WSC added two more in the top of the third to take a 6-1 lead as sophomore catcher
Reagan Dreibelbis bashed a two-run homer over the left field fence.
In the fifth,
Haylee Weber singled and scored on an Edinboro error while in the sixth WSC got an RBI double from
Mattingly Barnes to close out the scoring in the 9-1 win.
Wayne State had 10 hits in the win, led by Klein going 2 for 3 with a double, two RBI and three runs scored. Weber was 2 for 4 with a pair of singles and two runs scored while
Jordan Brustuen went 2 for 3 with a pair of singles.
Stahr improved to 6-0 on the season with the complete game win, allowing just four hits and one run with two strikeouts.
