The Wayne State Foundation will host the sixth annual WSC Giving Day on Friday, April 17, 2026. This 24-hour fundraising event is dedicated to advancing Wayne State Athletics by directly supporting student-athletes, expanding scholarship opportunities, and helping Wildcats compete at a high level while earning a Wayne State degree.

            Supporters may designate their gift to the program of their choice or invest in the Athletic Excellence Fund, which benefits all Wildcat student-athletes through scholarship support.

            Gifts can be directed to the following programs:

            The goal for Giving Day 2026 is to raise $125,000 in  support of Wayne State. Every gift—regardless of size—directly impacts recruiting, retention, and the overall student-athlete experience by strengthening scholarship resources across all programs.

            As a thank-you, the first 225 donors who make a gift of $100 or more will receive a pair of exclusive WSC paw socks.
