Wayne State faces Nebraska-Kearney Friday at 5 p.m. in an exhibition match as part of the second annual Volleyball After Dark Showcase hosted by the Omaha Supernovas at CHI Health Center in Omaha.
            The contest will be broadcast live across the state by Nebraska Public Media along with the Supernovas contest against the Grand Rapids Rise at 8 p.m.
            Both teams are coming off NCAA Tournament appearances in 2025 as WSC won the NSIC regular season title for the third time in the last four years with a 27-5 overall record (19-1 NSIC) while UNK was 30-4 and captured the MIAA regular season and tournament titles while reaching the NCAA Central Regional semi-finals.
