For the first time ever, Wayne State and the University of Jamestown meet on the gridiron Saturday evening in the Family Day Game with a fireworks show to follow at Bob Cunningham Field with kickoff set for 6 p.m.  The Wildcats, 2-1 and 1-1 in the NSIC, received three votes in this week's AFCA Division II Top 25 Coaches Poll following last week's 20-13 home setback to then #15 Minnesota Duluth while the Jimmies (0-3, 0-2 NSIC) suffered a 28-0 road loss at Winona State.  The two teams meet each other for the first time as the University of Jamestown is in its second year as an NCAA Division II school and member of the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference.
