The Wayne State College women's basketball team returns to the friendly confines of Rice Auditorium this weekend to start a four-game home stand as the Wildcats host Winona State Friday night at 6 p.m. and Upper Iowa Saturday in a 4 p.m. contest.  WSC starts the weekend 14-6 overall and third place in the NSIC South with an 8-4 league mark.  Winona State is 13-3 and second in the NSIC South at 9-3 while UIU starts the weekend at 2-16 and 0-12 in league play.  Last season, Winona State beat the Wildcats in Winona 62-41 followed by a Wildcat win in Wayne 67-63 one month later.  WSC won both meetings against UIU last season - 73-64 at Fayette and 91-59 in Wayne.
