Concordia Invitational Final Results
            Wayne State throwers recorded three NCAA provisional marks while the women's 4 x 400 relay team posted a first place finish to lead the Wildcat women's track and field team Saturday competing at the Concordia Invitational in Seward.
           The quartet of
Joan Jelimo,
Molli Vasa,
Marin Jetensky and
Jordyn Pester crossed the line first in a time of 3:59.19.
           Scheil, a graduate of Fillmore Central HS, posted a top mark of 182' 6" to place second overall. Her throw was an NCAA provisional mark and currently ranks sixth in NCAA Division II. She also posted a sixth place mark in the shot put at 43' 4 ¼".Â

Tia Jones also reached an NCAA provisional mark in the hammer throw taking seventh place at 172' 0" and is now 19
th nationally. She also finished fifth in the shot put at 44' 10 ¾".Â

Kenzie Sullivan hit an NCAA provisional mark in the discus, taking third at 154' 8", and was 10
th in the shot put at 41' 6 ½".Â
           Other top finishers for the Wildcats included Pester placing third in the 400-meter dash (56.38), Jelimo came in fourth in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:22.51, freshman
Allie Rosener took fifth in the 5,000-meter run at 21:21.39 and
Mikayla Marvin was seventh in the pole vault clearing 10' 11 ¾".

Riana Noelle placed seventh in the triple jump (35' ¼"),
Cassidy Connell was ninth in the shot put (42' ¾"),
Andrea Torres took 10
th in the 1,500-meter run (5:17.49) and
Molli Vasa took 10
th in the 400-meter hurdles (1:09.30).
           Wayne State will compete next weekend at the Sioux City Relays on Friday and Saturday and the UNK Loper Invite in Kearney on Saturday.
