The Wayne State women's basketball team hits the road this weekend for NSIC games at Minnesota CrookstonFriday evening at 7:30 p.m. and at MSU Moorhead Saturday in a 5:30 p.m. contest. The Wildcats start the weekend at 9-7 overall and in a three-way tie for sixth in the NSIC standings at 6-6 in league play.
            Minnesota Crookston is 6-12 and 11th in the league at 4-8 while MSU Moorhead is 7-11 and tied for 10th in the NSIC at 5-7. Last season, WSC and UMC split two meetings with the road team winning each time. UMC won 63-57 in Wayne while WSC won later in the season at Crookston  67-52. MSU Moorhead beat WSC both times last year - 64-49 in Wayne and 55-46 in Moorhead.
