Wayne State College football head coach Logan Masters announced the signing of 42 student-athletes today as part of National Signing Day. 38 high school and four transfer athletes having signed their letter of intent and will continue their academic and athletic careers at Wayne State College. WSC signed 25 athletes from Nebraska and nine from Iowa. Other states include South Dakota, Texas, North Dakota, Wisconsin, and Florida.
"We are very excited to announce our 2025 recruiting class. I am very proud of the work out staff did great identifying student athletes that fit Wayne State College and building relationships with these young men. Also, I would like to thank the WSC administration, admissions, and professors for investing in the future of our program."
Masters also added, "We needed to add depth at the defensive line and wide receiver's positions.
We feel like we did that in this class as well as bringing in guys that can come in and create competition with our current roster. We are very excited and looking forward to getting these guys here for fall camp."
