Wayne State College senior outside hitter Channatee Robles was named Monday afternoon as the Northern Sun Conference Volleyball Offensive Player of the Week following her performances in NSIC home wins over the weekend against Winona State and #5 Concordia-St. Paul.
            A 5-11 outside hitter from Norfolk (Norfolk Catholic HS), Robles averaged 3.88 kills and 3.75 digs per set in Friday's 3-0 win over Winona State and Saturday's reverse sweep, five-set victory vs. #5 Concordia-St. Paul.  She recorded her second career 20-20 double-double against the Golden Bears Saturday producing 22 kills and a career-high 23 digs in a 3-2 win and had nine kills, seven digs and one service ace in Friday's sweep vs. Winona State.
            For the season, Robles is averaging 3.07 kills and 2.82 digs for the Wildcats ranking 10^th in the NSIC in points per set (3.64) and tied for ninth in the league in service aces per set at 0.41. 
            Wayne State, ranked second in last week's AVCA/TARAFLEX Division II Top 25 Coaches Poll, is 12-1 overall and 4-0 in the NSIC heading into a road match at Augustana Thursday evening at 6 p.m. in Sioux Falls.
