The Wayne State volleyball team stayed second in the latest AVCA/TARAFLEX Division II Volleyball Coaches Poll released Monday afternoon. The Wildcats received two first-place votes and 1,105 points in voting conducted by various Division II coaches across the nation following an NSIC road sweep over the weekend at Minnesota State and #8 St. Cloud State.
Wayne State improved to 10-1 Monday evening with a 3-0 win over Briar Cliff and the Wildcats will be at home this weekend for NSIC games hosting Winona State Friday at 6 p.m. and #5 Concordia-St. Paul Saturday at 1 p.m.
