USTFCCCA Regional Team Rankings

                 The Wayne State College men's and women's track and field teams remain ranked in this week's USTFCCCA (U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association) NCAA Division II National and Regional Team rankings for indoor track and field released Tuesday afternoon.  The Wildcat women's squad is ranked 16^th in the national rankings and eighth in the second Central Regional rankings of the season while the men's team remains 10^th in the Central Regional rankings.  
                The WSC women's team collected 45.40 points in the national rankings and has a point total of 139.04 in the regional rankings while the Wildcat men's squad received 63.77 points to receive the 10^th ranking in the Central Region.  Points are awarded based on performers who have achieved NCAA provisional or automatic qualifying marks during the season.  
                Wayne State will be competing in two meets this weekend in Lincoln, participating in the Husker Invite Friday and Saturday and the Nebraska Wesleyan Quadrangular Saturday.
