USD Alumni Meet Final Results

            Noah Lilly and Logan Moeller posted the top finishes for the Wayne State men's indoor track and field team Saturday at USD Alumni held at DakotaDome in Vermillion, South Dakota.
            Lilly notched a fourth place finish in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.77 seconds while Moeller collected a fifth place finish in the long jump at 22' 2 ½".
            In the 800-meter run, Bryce Holcomb was sixth in a time of 1:59.63 with Brock Hegarty eighth at 2:00.11.
            Freshman Alex Brandt was sixth in the 60-meter hurdles finals in 8.88 seconds, Cody Rogers recorded a sixth place finish in the triple jump with a mark of 42' 7 ½" and Daniel Elge was sixth in the shot put with a throw of 47' 7 ¾"
Dylan Kneifl was eighth place in the high jump clearing 6' 4 ¾", Jackson McIntyre took eighth in the 400-meter dash (52.52) and Cole Christoffersen was ninth in the weight throw at 55' 9 ¾"
            The Wildcat 4 x 400 meter relay team of Noah Carr, Holcomb, Wyatt Nissen and Jediah Davis came in seventh place at 3:35.66.
            Wayne State will compete again next Saturday at the Mount Marty Invite in Yankton, South Dakota.
