Central Region Fall Preview Final Results

The Wayne State Women's golf team competed at the Central Region Fall Preview against 17 other teams the past two days at Adams Pointe Golf Club in Blue Springs, Missouri. The Wildcats would shoot a two day total of 657 (331-26). 

The two-day tournament was highlighted by freshman Kylie Powers hole-in-one on the second day of the tournament. 

Jazmine Taylor would lead Wayne State shooting a 154 (77-77) across the two-day tournament. She was followed by Abbey Kurmel with a 163 (82-81), Saffire Sayre with a 166 (84-82), Abbigail Brodersen with a 174 (88-86) and Hailey Kenkel with a 176 (90-86). 

The Wildcats will next compete at the Golden Bear Invitational hosted by Concordia-St. Paul. The two day event will be played at Troy Burne Golf Course in Hudson, Wisconsin, September 18-19.
