#4 seed St. Leo of Florida posted a 4-0 victory over Wayne State Friday afternoon in pool play at the AVCA Small College Beach Volleyball Championships in Tavares, Florida.  The Wildcats are now 7-5 on the season while the St. Leo Lions improve to 15-5.
            In the 2's pairing Jordan McCormick and Channatee Robles were defeated 21-9, 21-9 by St. Leo's Aliya Fredette Huffman and Jeanette Henderson.  The #3 duo of Brooke Peltz and Ella Myler suffered a 21-14, 21-15 setback to Ignacia Cortinez and Emma Miller.
            The 4's match saw Brooklyn Kusler and Molly Romano fall to St. Leo's Leeann Potter and Brenna Reinhard 21-13, 21-11 and in the 5's match Taylor Bunjer and Rhianna Wilhelm lost to Amanda Doherty and Emma Laade from St. Leo 21-10, 21-7.
            Wayne State is scheduled to face Erskine College of Florida Saturday morning at 8:05 a.m. to close out pool play at the AVCA Small College Beach Volleyball Championships in Tavares, Florida.
