Wayne State head track and field coach Marlon Brink has announced that the 12^th annual WSC Youth Track Meet will be held Friday, March 7 at the Wildcat Dome Indoor Track.  The event will start at 5 p.m. with registration and t-shirt pickup with events starting at 5:30 p.m. and lasting until 8 p.m.
            Children ages 5-14 are allowed to compete and enter up to three events.  The events include the 60-meter dash, 200-meter dash, 400-meter dash, 800-meter run, 60-meter hurdles, long jump and shot put.
            Registration fee is $15 if pre-registered by Monday, March 3 and $20 after March 3 and including the day of the meet. 
            All pre-registered participants by March 3 will receive a WSC Youth Track and Field meet t-shirt and ribbons will be awarded for first-sixth place finishers in each event for each age division.
